I have faced many challenges during my time at the Dayton Regional STEM School that have helped me grow tremedously. Although I have grown in many skills during this time, I have grown the most in communication throughout this time period from different projects and assignments we completed. Honing my skill in communication will immensely benefit me in the future. I want to go into an engineer or personal training career which requires communication to be able to succeed in these career paths. being able to properly communicate my thoughts and feelings will help me exceed and continue to grow in these fields.
