I think the quality that I have grown most in is collaboration. I have grown in collaboration because at the beginning of the year I was not very collaborative and did not work well with others but as we had more group project I worked on collaboration by listening to others ideas and This quality is very important to DRSS because at STEM we do a lot of group projects and we need to be able to collaborate and work together to properly finish our work. You also need to know this quality outside of school because lots of sports need collaborations to work on a team and if you can’t work on a team you won’t be able to win or play the sport. An endeavor that helped the growth of collaboration was the storybook project. The storybook project was when we made a book for 5th through 6th graders. This endeavor helped because we had the same group member for a month so we learned how to work well by talking about who was working on what and when. That is how I have grown in this quality.
